Anger is an emotion that often reflects the belief that we are not enough. It can be directed toward self or others. When we are unable to express anger in a healthy manner, we create mental, emotional and physical symptoms that can ultimately manifest as illness and damage relationships. In this class, we will learn how to identify and resolve the story under the story when we become angry. We will also learn to express anger without projecting shame or blame onto ourselves or others. March 2013
