Many people experience the relentless voice of the inner critic, and feel helpless to do anything about it. The inner critic, as a split-off part of ourselves, gets its power by creating shame, fear of belonging or fear of being empowered. We can end up experiencing a lonely or empty feeling, and feel in conflict with ourselves, with others and with the larger Self. In this presentation, we will explore how this happens, as well as strategies that will re-integrate the split-off part of ourselves, creating more harmony within, and a greater sense of intimacy with ourselves, the Self and others. Also, explore sacred geometry, through active imagination, as an avenue to a more conscious connection with this process in ourselves.
