The reason for the season of the holidays is to remind us of the rituals we use to celebrate the blessings in our life. Many of us look beyond our childhood memories of Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and other holidays to find a place of silence and stillness to express gratitude. In this class, participants will revisit their old rituals of celebrating life and learn new insights of the many gifts that have come their way.
