The human body is a map that tells us where, dysfunctional beliefs, emotional and physical traumas and other wounding get stuck as body memories and create various manifestations of pain and disease. Balancing body energy requires an understanding of how energy flows through the chakras and meridians and feeds the human tissue. This class teaches participants to become sensitive to stuck energy resulting from emotional beliefs that create stress and pain.
