What if you discovered the chatter in your head is a process the ego parts use to deflect us from the stillness of a moment? What if you discovered that parts of you are so afraid of intimacy that you create busy thoughts and behavior to hide from that fear? In this class we will learn to acknowledge the chatter and embrace it rather than try to make it go away with indifference or denial. This class will allow participants to experience the silence between chatter to experience something beyond the control of our own ego. October 2011
